The basic tool of the Glove System is the Transformation Gloves (purple), (One Minute Aura Cleansing), literally translated as Transformation Gloves. These are followed by a whole range of tools, all of which are also used as virtual, i.e., invisible and energetic (massage) gloves. They can be used individually or in combination.

The individual categories are intentionally not divided into grades, as the order is irrelevant and can be freely chosen. Only the Transformation Glove should be used as a foundation and applied regularly (ideally daily) so that the other gloves can work effectively.

Each of these tools is suitable even for absolute beginners in energy work; even children from about 12 years old can easily use it.

Unlike other energy systems, no negative cleansing effects are associated with the initiations. Therefore, the interval between individual initiations need not exceed 3 or 4 days; experienced energy workers can even receive the Glove initiation on consecutive days.

The Glove system is a one-minute energy system, meaning it is particularly efficient and combines maximum effectiveness at a high vibration level with minimal time expenditure.

Each application takes no longer than a minute, and one or two applications a day are usually sufficient to be charged with positive energies throughout the day.

This one minute is a period of time that absolutely EVERYONE can integrate into their daily routine, for example right when getting up, while getting dressed, showering, or even while brushing their teeth or during a toilet break.
