The So Purkh empowerment draws on the energy of the So Purkh prayer, which is an excerpt from the Sikh holy scripture, the Sri Guru Granth Sahib. It was written by a holy man, Guru Ram Das, who lived in the 1500s.

In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, it is said that a woman who recites this prayer 11 times a day transforms the energy of her male partner and dissolves any negativity between them. It can be used to attract a husband. The energy also has other applications.

Although the following is not a traditional use of the prayer, gay men have also used this prayer for the male partners in their lives.

Use this empowerment to improve relationships. Women can use the energy to help their husbands and friends, and men can use it to uplift their own spirits.

The original chant is quite long and difficult to pronounce and memorize. The empowerment offers the benefits of the mantra/prayer without requiring prior knowledge. The words (in the original Gurmukhi and translated into English) are provided for your convenience.
