What does ascension mean in the human body?
Ascension within the human body is the perfection of all existence.
It is the attainment of freedom beyond being, boundless consciousness, and the illumination of the body - detached from time and space.
The next monitoring period begins on November 1, 2025.

Over the course of three months, I will include you daily in the intensive ascension light work -
This is an autonomous process for you, therefore your conscious presence is not required.
but only self-observation and perception on your part.
I work intensively with very significant tools every day - approximately 2 hours of active usage for you.
I start in the early morning hours at around 4 a.m. - as this quality of day ensures a more refined transmission.
You can sleep peacefully during this time.
It usually happens in the evening hours between 10 and 11 pm.
The energy quality is also very suitable here. And again, you can freely organize your time.
I will include you in the following modules:
- Intense ascension invocations
These are encrypted initiations addressed to the Ascended Hierarchy - to prepare your four-body system for the ascension process.
This also means that your vibrational level is raised to a different level, as are your human qualities.
Don't worry - no physical changes will occur - this lifting and alignment always happens in sync with your soul.
- Admission to the ascent column
I have a physical ascension pillar in the studio, which has been fed with ascension energies and high circulation for years.
You will be energetically integrated into this twice a day.
This allows your light body to become saturated with ascending corpuscles and cleanses imbalances.
- Light Body Training
Every evening your light body is expanded and widened - for this I work with ascension geniuses.
These are specialized in light body synchronization - attuned to the personal soul - as well as to the cosmic ascension frequencies.
- Cleansings of the four lower bodies
Then, in the evening, your four bodies – astral, mental, emotional, and physical – will be thoroughly cleansed.
Anything obstructive or blocking is removed by an absorption magnet.
This ensures that you spend your nights with pure bodies, free from the weight of the Matrix.
- Multidimensional activations
Twice a day I work with your multidimensional imprints - so that they gradually become tangible, perceptible and noticeable for you.
Your goal should be to be able to consciously call upon and access your multidimensionality.
These activations will make this easier for you.
- Merkaba activation and start-up
I conduct these modules sporadically, as they are very time-consuming. I work with individuals on a daily basis.
Not in the group. I'll activate them gradually as needed, and if you already have them activated, then I'll swing them on.
So that you have a large field of light - and at the same time a protective field.

- A temple opens every month - in these you were taken daily with your consciousness for master teachings
Each month, a different temple on the etheric plane opens and grants us access.
These are very honorable opportunities, as they unconsciously train awareness in very different areas.

Here I will take you with me every night to the etheric plane - and your consciousness will remain there during your sleep.
