The Puspa Sukma Manunggal trail is rooted in ancient Javanese mysticism, which teaches that all life forms – plants, stones, wind, fire, water, and humans – share the same divine essence. To live separate from nature is to forget one's own breath.

STAGE I – The Flower of Breath

Theme: Awakening the soul of nature within

At this level, the practitioner learns to awaken the inner "blossom" of energy through breath and awareness. The body is viewed as a sacred garden – each breath nourishes its petals with vitality.
The practitioner performs a meditative alignment with the five elements ( pancer lima unsur ): earth, water, fire, air and ether – each corresponds to a natural “flower” in the subtle body.

• Activation of the flower breathing cycle – a rhythmic breathing pattern that draws life force from both the earth and the sky.

All dualities dissolve: self and world, inner and outer, earth and sky merge into an uninterrupted song of existence. The practitioner no longer "channels" the energy of nature—he is the energy of nature, conscious and alive.

Core dynamics:

• Merging of the soul light with the living consciousness of the Earth Spirit ( Dewi Pertiwi ) and the Heavenly Father ( Hyang Akasa ).
• Activation of the Lotus of Union : a radiant energy vortex in the heart that circulates divine life force through all layers of being.
