Visva Shakti consists of two words: Visva = universe; Shakti = power. Therefore, Visva Shakti means "power of the universe".

Visva Shakti is a transformative universal life energy and Shakti healing technique that combines touch and intention. The focused intention of the Visva Shakti practitioner influences changes that bring healing to the recipient. The practitioner's touch is used to identify areas of the body that need attention. Visva Shakti is a tool that brings about shifts in consciousness. It seems to be more about clearing old ideas from the energy system that block the path of release, so that energy can then flow naturally.

It is a method for life and energetic healing, based on a powerful evolutionary approach that aims to integrate all aspects of our humanity: emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual.

Visva Shakti is based on a deep understanding of how energy and consciousness interact in the transformative process of healing. This is achieved by gradually bringing awareness, movement, and ultimately transformation into the protective structures that overlay our center.

The result is the release of a large amount of energy, which generates vitality, greater fulfillment, joy and pleasure.
