The sun is shining, a light, salty breeze is blowing, and you step onto the mudflats. The mudflats are damp, slightly warm, and soft; the water washes over your feet, and step by step you feel your way forward. You feel how easily your feet connect with Mother Earth, how warm and soft you become, grounded. The sun caresses you with its warm rays, you feel warmly embraced, all negativity in your aura is illuminated and dissolved by the warm sun.

You keep walking, stopping every now and then, looking at the footprints you leave behind, all the negativity you've left behind with every conscious step.
