Use malachite to overcome fear
There are many reasons why people are overwhelmed by fear, and this is the simplest way I've found to reverse it. Start by getting a piece of malachite small enough to fit in your mouth, yet large enough that you won't accidentally swallow it. Also, place a bowl of water by your bed with two or three grains of salt in it. We'll get to the significance of this in a moment.
