Mental Deep Care is a modality used to address the symptoms of dark depression, which is deeply rooted in some of us. Such pain is created by an injury to the core of our being, a wound carried throughout life. This might be something that happened during childhood, a traumatic experience at a very vulnerable age, or a wound carried from another life into this one. For some people, this injury can be traced back many generations in their ancestral line.
Deep within the light body exists a pulse, a fundamental vibration connected to our will to live. A weakening of this pulse can lead to a state of Mental Deep Care. We struggle to maintain the functioning of basic aspects of our lives, such as sleeping, eating, caring for ourselves, having a positive outlook, and possessing self-esteem. Using Mental Deep Care restores this pulse, thereby encouraging us to behave in ways that allow us access to better feelings about ourselves and our immediate surroundings.
